This Privacy Policy explains how JOINT REGENERATION OF FLORIDA LLC, doing business as Joint Regeneration & Anti-Aging of Oldsmar ("Joint Regeneration," "we," "us" or "our"), collects, uses, shares and protects information when you visit this website, use our forms or chat, call or text us, or ask for an appointment.
Health information we create or receive while caring for you is protected by HIPAA and is described in our Notice of Privacy Practices. If this policy and that notice differ for your health information, the notice controls. Please do not put detailed medical information in a web form, chat or text message.
Who we are and what this policy covers
This website is operated by JOINT REGENERATION OF FLORIDA LLC, doing business as Joint Regeneration & Anti-Aging of Oldsmar, 120 State St E #104, Oldsmar, FL 34677. It lists clinic locations in more than one state. Each clinic is responsible for the care it provides and for the paperwork and privacy practices you receive at that clinic.
This policy covers information collected through this website, our online forms and chat assistant, and the calls and text messages we exchange with you about your inquiry or appointment. It does not cover websites run by others that we link to or embed.
Information we collect
We collect the following kinds of information.
- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, the clinic you prefer, the service you are interested in (such as joint pain or weight loss), a preferred date or time, any message you type, how you want to be contacted (text, phone call or both), and a record of your consent choices.
- Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that referred you, and campaign tags in the web address (such as utm_source). This helps us keep the site working, protect it and understand which pages help people.
- Approximate location: the hosting network can tell us roughly where a visit comes from so we can suggest the closest clinic. If you choose Use my current location, your device shares its position with your browser, which uses it to pick the closest clinic. We do not store it.
- Chat and calls: messages you send to the chat assistant on this site, and notes about calls with our team. If we record or monitor a call, we tell you at the start of the call.
- Preferences stored in your browser: the clinic you chose and basic campaign details for the current visit.
Information we ask you not to send
Our forms ask for contact details and a short reason for your request, not a diagnosis or medical history. Please keep detailed health information for your visit with a provider. Text messages and email are not a secure place for sensitive health details.
How we use information
- To answer your request and schedule, confirm and remind you about a consultation or appointment
- To call or text you about your inquiry or appointment, as described below
- To answer questions you send us by form, chat, call or text
- To run, secure and improve this website, and to find and prevent fraud, spam and misuse
- To measure how our pages perform, in summary form
- To keep records, bill for services and meet legal, regulatory and safety duties
- We do not use the contents of your forms, chat or messages to target advertising to you
Mobile information and text messaging
When you submit a form, choose text messages (SMS) or both text and phone as how you want to be notified, and check the consent box, you agree to receive calls and text messages from us at the number you gave us. We use your phone number and your consent record to send customer care and transactional messages about your inquiry, appointment or service request, such as confirming we received your request, scheduling, appointment reminders, follow up questions and replies to messages you send us.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We may share your phone number only with service providers, such as our messaging platform and wireless carriers, who help us deliver messages and support our services, and who may not use it for their own marketing.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can reply HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of receiving care or buying anything. For the full text messaging terms, see our Terms of Service.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above and as the law requires. We keep records of calls and text consent for as long as the law requires, typically at least four years, so we can show that you agreed. Medical records are kept under the rules that apply to your clinic and state.
Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards that are reasonable for the information we handle, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on this website. No website, text message or email can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please share only what you are comfortable sending.
Your choices and rights
